Last updated: July 1, 2025
1. SMS Messaging Program
Oryele LLC ("Oryele") operates SMS messaging services as part of its AI-powered workflow automation platform. These messaging services are used by professional services firms (our customers) to communicate with their clients via text message, including appointment reminders, document requests, status updates, and other business communications.
2. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages from an Oryele customer, you consent to receive automated text messages from that organization through the Oryele platform. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your relationship with the organization and your activity. You may receive messages related to:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Document collection requests
- Status updates on your account or matter
- General business communications from your service provider
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Oryele and its customers are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier for receiving SMS messages.
4. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting the organization that sent you the message directly.
To opt back in after opting out, reply START to any previous message or contact the organization directly.
5. Help
For help or more information, reply HELP to any message, or contact the organization that sent you the message. You may also contact Oryele at [email protected].
6. Supported Carriers
Oryele's SMS messaging services are supported by all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carrier support may vary.
7. TCPA Compliance
Oryele's platform is designed to support compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations. Our platform includes built-in consent management, opt-out processing, and consent record keeping to support our customers' compliance obligations.
Customers using Oryele's messaging services are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their contacts before initiating SMS communications and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing electronic communications.
8. Privacy
Information collected in connection with SMS messaging is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile phone number or use it for purposes other than providing the messaging services described herein.
